Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy- We have the most flexible Cancellation policy 

For fixed departures

  • The Booking amount for all fixed departure trip is not refundable

For private/customised tours

  • Amount paid for confirmation of trip is not refundable for all private trip

Note: Child Policy

Child below 5 Yrs will be complimentary.

Child Between 5 to 8 is liable to pay 30% of the Package cost of per person.

Above 8 Yrs will be considered as Extra Bed.

Child above 12 is considered Adult. 

 

Prices valid from season 2024

  • Payment in SPITI should be Cash Only.
  • Final Confirmation will be provided on down payment.
  • No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In case of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road blockage due to a landslide, heavy snowfall, avalanche and other natural disasters, war, terrorist activity and political insurgency, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule/change tour plans. We cannot pay any compensation for monetary/value loss in such unforeseen situations.

Caution

Almost all of our tours operate in remote and secluded, and high altitude places like Ladakh Spiti Valley comes with increased risk of high altitude related sickness, limited medical facilities, and fewer chances of immediate evacuation.

Payment Policy
    In case, the balance payment is not made by the date specified in our Email, your booking will be treated as cancelled, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

A participant can, at any moment before the commencement day of the tour, cancel your registration for that particular tour, it is, however, important that we receive the information about your travel cancellation in writing

The tour could be cancelled or delayed before the commencement, in case minimum participation is not attained, in such a case we shall inform you immediately and also return the total amount collected from you.

  1. Standard Refund Policy
    – NO REFUND OF THE GST AMOUNT IN ANY CASE.
    – Registration/Booking amount will be non-refundable (Forfeited) and the balance amount after deducting the registration amount and GST amount, Balance will be refunded the same will be processed in 30 working days after confirmation from our side and the amount being becoming eligible for a refund.
    – In case of a no-show to the starting point for any indifferent reasons, EscapeArc  is not liable to refund any amount paid.
  1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
  • The client has to pay 40% of the total amount in advance to book ay tour with ESCAPE ARC in any destination.
  • You seat / tour will be confirm only after received of advance amount in our bank account which we will inform you as soon as we received.
  • You can pay the total amount (remaining 60%) of the payment 10 days prior to departure.
  • All bank charges for international transfers are to be paid fully by the client.
  • For payments you will get company bank account via mail or u can use PayPal too , which is quite costly in terms of transfer charges.
  • All account information will be sent to you at time of

  booking.




  1.  CANCELLATION & LICENSES + INTERNATIONAL VISA
     
    All clients are advised to purchase a travel insurance in advance, (at the time of their booking!), to cover their costs in case they need to cancel the trip for whatever reason at a later stage.
     
    •            30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the advance payment.
    •             30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 40% of the advance payment.
    •            14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 80% of the advance payment.
    •             6 – 3 days prior to arrival: 90% of the advance payment.
    •            2 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the advance payment.
